Happy Thanksgiving from The Marketing Professional
As The Marketing Professional I can tell you with certainty that the landscape of professionalism in online marketing has changed over the past year. I think it has changed for the better but it still has some room for growth and improvement. I haven’t been as active with my content creation as I would have liked to have been due in part to my alter ego and career as a military leader.
I do want to say that I have a list of folks whom I want to thank for their impact in my life this past year:
Mark Joyner – the time spent with you as a consultant at Construct Zero was an amazing experience I will never forget.
Dan Moses – you are by far one of the most resiliant men I have ever met and I owe 90% of what I know about online traffic generation to you thanks for being a true mentor and friend.
Matt Bacak – I am in awe of your marketing knowledge and generousity thanks for putting on terrific events.
Ross Goldberg – thanks for your book and the advice, I am still reading and learning from it and owe you a review.
Nicholas McIntosh – you are a genius level marketer and one of my first international contacts, you are the reason I want to visit Australia.
My fellow marketing professionals in the web traffic generation industry, there are too many of your to name but you know who you are – I look forward to our continued promotional events, joint ventures and co-operation marketing arrangements.
I could go on and on but will not, this feels more like a good by post than a thanksgiving note, perhaps that is a sign of things to come…I just recently launched www.WebTrafficNews.com and will be devoting more attention to building and developing it into the #1 Web Traffic News source in the world so stay tuned because there is more to follow on that subject.
Leave me a comment and tell me what and whom you are thankful for?
The Marketing Professional
P.S. – I did not intentionally leave anyone off of my list, it’s way past midnight on 26 NOV 2010 here in South Korea, mid – morning on Thanksgiving day in the USA. Leave me a comment if I did forget and I will give you a shout out and make it right, I’m about half asleep but wanted to finish this blog post before I go to bed.
