The Associated Press, Bad Habits & Mark Joyner
The Associated Press just reported that a study conducted on 5,000 adults over a period of 20 years indicates that bad habits can cause you to age by 12 years.
This particular study from the Archives of Internal Medicine, cited 4 particularly bad habits to stay away from all together, they were:
1) Smoking tobacco
2) Drinking more than 3 alcoholic drinks per day for men and 2 drinks per day for women.
3) Getting less than 2 hours of physical activity per week and,
4) Eating fruits and vegetables less than 3 times per day.
Did you know that it only takes 21 days to learn any habit good or bad?
What if you replaced just one bad habit with one good habit per week?
Mark Joyner, speaker, author and self improvement extrordinaire has created a positive habit producing program called Kaizen Club.
It’s based on the premise of making small, incremental improvements or habits over the course of a few weeks.
Kaizen is the Japanese word for gradual improvement and members of this club have reported factual & verifiable results from using the habits that Mark teaches his students.
I am sure that you have a few bad habits. I used to have more than a few but after becoming a student of Mark’s and joining the Kaizen Club my results have been phenomenal.
