Interesting and useful post.  I agree, marketing is crucial.  I think every part of the plan for a website should be qualified with: &#039;what would the customer think&#039; - what impression does the website create - is it an impression that the customer wants to be associated with or not - is the website easy to follow or not - does the website warrant customers&#039; attention and so on.
Interesting subject (got me thinking now ..).
