The foundation of any successful business can be tracked back to a blueprint. Often times we take for granted that the certain something that we depend on like a car or house etc. will be there when we need it.

The Associated Press just reported that a study conducted on 5,000 adults over a period of 20 years indicates that bad habits can cause you to age by 12 years.
This particular study from the Archives of Internal Medicine, cited 4 particularly bad habits to stay away from all together, they were:
1) Smoking tobacco
2) Drinking more than 3 alcoholic drinks per day for men and 2 drinks per day for women.
3) Getting less than 2 hours of physical activity per week and,
4) Eating fruits and vegetables less than 3 times per day.
Did you know that it only takes 21 days to learn any habit good or bad?
What if you replaced just one bad habit with one good habit per week?
